Best-selling author, work life balance expert, time management and productivity specialist Susan Sly reveals 7 productivity and time management apps that can help you be more focused and get more done in less time.

Scottsdale, AZ. — April 13, 2016 — Best-selling author, speaker, work life balance expert and entrepreneur Susan Sly recently published a new article, “Life Hacks: 7 Time Management Apps That Can Help You Be More Productive and Have Better Work Life Balance.”

In the article Susan explains that – while our increased dependence on mobile devices can sometimes be a time drain – if used appropriately, they can help us to achieve better work life balance too by assisting with our time management and productivity through the utilization of certain apps / applications.

Susan goes on to outline 7 specific apps that can help individuals focus, make better and more effective use of their time, and see better results in their personal lives and business.

One specific app she mentions is Block and Flow. This tool claims to help you increase productivity and improve time management. Based on the Pomodoro Technique™ that has you break down a project and / or activity into a 25 minute “timebox” that helps you do more in less time. This theory contends that the use of this time blocking – and regular and frequent breaks between the blocks – enables you to increase focus and gain better control over your time in general.

30/30 is another app she covers that is also loosely based on the Pomodoro approach and another, Productivity Wizard, calls itself, “Your personal productivity booster and goal achievement system.”

Susan concludes the article these words of wisdom, “You really can’t go wrong with any of the options mentioned. Basically, anything that can help you get on track and stay focused will likely improve your time management and help you get more accomplished.”
